How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch within 1 working day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Remote areas can occasionally take a little longer.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on every order within Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier, and make sure the phone number on your order is correct so our courier can reach you.
How much is delivery?
A flat Rs. 200 delivery charge applies to every order within Pakistan, no matter how much you order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also use our Track Your Order page. If you have not heard anything within 2 working days, contact us and we will chase it up.
Can I return or exchange something?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note some personal care goods cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test on animals, and we do not work with suppliers who do.
Will this suit sensitive skin?
Our formulas are dermatologist-tested and made with sensitive skin in mind. As with any new product, we still recommend a patch test on your inner arm first. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, check with your dermatologist.
